Quick Cured Salmon Steaks with Tzatziki

Ingredients
1/4 Cup light brown sugar
1 TBSP kosher salt
1 TBSP smoked paprika
4 salmon steaks
1 cup greek yogurt plain
1/2 cup minced english cucumber
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP chopped dill
1 garlic clove pita bread and tomatoes on the vine

1. Whisk brown sugar, salt, and paprika to large shallow dish. Add salmon and turn to coat. turn and cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour
2. Stir together yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic. Season with salt to taste
3. Light grill to 350 degrees.
4. Place salmon on olive oiled grates fro about 4 minutes per side along with tomatoes
5. Serve with tzatziki, pita bread and tomatoes
