No Meat Mexican-Style Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • Black Beans

  • Garlic

  • Chili Powder

  • Roasted Red Peppers

  • Pizza Crust

  • Fresh Tomatoes

  • Olives

  • Green Onions

  • Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:

1. Puree black beans, garlic, chili powder and roasted red peppers into a paste.
2. Smear the base on the pizza crust.
3. Top with fresh tomatoes, olives, cut green onions and mozzarella cheese
4. Bake for 12 minutes (or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy), at 450 degrees on a preheated pizza stone.
